Orchard Properties is a short term rental real estate company with three vacation rental properties.  The properties are marketed as Lakeside on Lake Naomi, French Woods Farmhouse and the French Woods Barn Cottage. Each brand includes a booking website, which syncs with listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO to maintain accurate  calendars.  A consumer guidebook, branded products, social media, email marketing and collateral were produced to give each brand its unique identity and position the properties as ideal family vacation destinations.
